On an area of approximately 40 thousand square meters, Hatusha Linear Company is constructing this project as the culmination of 25 years of experience. It is a recreational, medical, and health tourist resort in the Bolu district between Ankara and Istanbul.

The resort is located in the province of Goynuk, part of Turkey's Bolu Province, where thermal water, lake and forest are available, which are the most important standards of resorts. The resort consists of seven buildings and the hotel units vary from large suites, medium suites, and studios, and provide all tourist and recreational services in the resort, forest and lake, and serve all ages, for individuals and families.  and can participate in the investment in the project by purchasing a block, a role or hotel residential units during the construction phase. We aim to complete the first phase of the block project (1 + 2 + 3) with services, in September 2023 hopefully, where it is possible to directly benefit from the sale of units and weeks or operation and leasing. The project will hopefully completed and the total opening of the rest of the blocks will be in August 2024.

One of the important advantages in This project is the presence of title deeds for each buyer, it means permanent ownership forever, all unit types, bloks and even timeshare, which is a lifetime property and can be inherited, the resort land owned by the company.
